Deep Cleaning includes the following:

• Bathroom - cleans from top to bottom.
• Kitchen - We clean inside of fridge, microwave, oven, counters, and only outside the cabinets, and all appliances.
• All Rooms - Dusting and cob web cleaning. If the bed needs to be made it will be made. Clean the windows on the inside only. Will also include sweeping, mopping and vacuuming. Medium sized shutters will be dusted and clean and also ceiling fans cleaned if applied. 

Move in/out include the following:

• Bathroom - top and bottom cleaning. It also includes cleaning the cabinets on the inside. 
• Kitchen - We will clean all appliances, cabinets insides, fridge and freezer. We will also move the fridge and stove to clean under and around it.
• All Rooms - Closets will get cleaned. We will sweep, mop vacuum, and dust. Window cleaning on the inside only and the inside edges of the windows (crevice)

 What is Electrostatic Disinfecting Technology? 

• Electrostatic disinfection is applied with a low-pressure sprayer and charged particles adhere to every surface including crevices and undersides. This process provides 100% wrap-around coverage and can be done in both residential and commercial properties. 

Regular Cleaning is similar to deep cleaning but does not include the following:

• Kitchen - fridge/oven cleaning on the inside 
• All Rooms - cleaning windows and blinds

For the first time home cleaning we have a set price. If you decide to continually use our services we will offer a discount for the next home cleaning.

Post construction includes the following:

• we clean all the dirt that is left behind
• Clean all the cabinets
• All rooms and closet are wiped down
• Mop, Sweep and Vacuum all.
• Walls are dusted
• Inside window cleaning.

We clean windows on the inside. If customer request windows to be cleaned on the outside additional charges will be applied. We will only consider request for the outside windows if hey are only on the first floor, anything above 1st floor we do not clean.

 Eco-friendly literally means earth-friendly or not harmful to the environment (see References 1). This term most commonly refers to products that contribute to green living or practices that help conserve resources like water and energy. Eco-friendly products also prevent contributions to air, water and land pollution 

 Fogging: This is a process where a solution (usually a disinfectant) is placed into a device that emits a very fine droplet into the air which is visually apparent as a fog.  

First time is deep  cleaning then if you use the service often the price of cleaning will be lower than the standard price.

We will pick up any trash that is left behind and take out the trash for you. Clean all the surfaces . Mop, sweep, and vacuum.  Any additional cleaning can be asked upon request, for example regular or deep cleaning
